Mass Timber
Mass timber is a framing style using large, prefabricated wood panels for construction of walls, floors and roof systems.
They can include glue-laminated timber (glulam), cross-laminated timber (CLT) and nail-laminated lumber (NLT).
Mass timber is a great alternative to steel, concrete and masonry for many buildings, with a lighter carbon footprint, faster construction, proven performance including fire and seismic resistance and improved health and well-being of occupants.
